Objective :To observe the therapeutic effects of adriamycin infused via celiac artery on gastric carcinoma in rats, to collect the suitable preoperative time.Methods: Sixty SD rats weighing 150-200g with implanted gastric tumor were randomly divided into two groups one weeks after implantation,then treated with adriamycin (experimental groups),normal saline(control groups) via celiac artery for only one time.Each group were randomly divided into three subgroups,after three days,seven days,forteen days,the tumor inhibitory rate was assessed by investigating the longest and shortest diameter of tumor.The morphological changes of tumor and mitochondrion tissue were also investigated under light microscope and transmission electron microscope,Nfkbp50 expression was examined by immunohistochemistry.Results: There was no significant difference among the groups before the treatment of arterial chemoinfusion(p<0.01).
