Background and objectivesNeural stem cell is one of the most important investigation in neurobiology of science. NSC brings a new hope for injury and degeneration of CNS with its self-renewing and multiple-differentiation. Parkinson disease is a neurodegenerative disease of dopaminergic neurons .We can develop a further investigation and found on the self-renewing and multiple-differentiation of NSC.
