| PART 1 DIAGNOSTIC DIFFERENCE OF ENDOMETRIAL CARCINOMA BEFORE AND AFTER OPERATIONObjective To investigate the accordiance rate of diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma before and after opertation. Method 112 cases of endometrial carcinoma in recent five years were analyzed.Stage and pathological diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma before and after opertation were involved in comparation. Results Eight cases (7.1%,8/112)) were miss diagnosed in 112 cases of endometrial carcinoma. Five cases (4.5%,5/112) were diagnosed as endometrial carcinoma by D & C before operation, but there were found 1 case of endometrial hyperplasia, 1 case of complex endometrial hyperplasia and 3 cases of atypical hyperplasia after operation. 99 cases (88.4%,99/112) were diagnosed as endometrial carcinoma before and after operation. The accordiance rate of clinical stage and operation-pathologic stage is 74% with stageâ… 80.3% and stageâ…¡57.1%. The accordiance rate of cytologic grade is 71.9% before and after operation. Conclusion It demonstrates that diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma before and after operation is not always consistent. Endometrial biopsy (D & C) and operation-pathologic examination should be consideration together in diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma. |
