Objective: To investigate the effects of propofol combined with fentanyl on heart rate variability during painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods :Thirty patients (ASAâ… -â…¡) were induced with intravenous propofol (1.5-2.0 mg/kg) combined with fentanyl (0.75ug-1ug/kg), then maintained with propofol combined with fentanyl to provide anesthesia during examination according to the reaction of patient. Before injection, after injection before examination, after injection to the examination end and after examination to revival, the heart rate variability (LF low frequency, HF high frequency, LF/HF, TP the total power), heart rate (HR), blood pressure (SBP DBP),blood oxygen saturation (SPO2) were recorded and analyzed.Results :In all patients ,after injection before examination ,LF LF/HF TP SBP DBP SPO2 were obviously lower than that they were Before injection(P<0.05).HF was also lower than it was Before, but there was no statistical difference (p>0.05); LF HF LF/HF TP HR,SBP DBP were not...
