| In this thesis, Tiapride Hydrochloride granules were prepared by particle-coating. Sustained-release granules of Tiapride Hydrochloride were prepared by particle-coating with sustained-release coating materials. The preparation methods of granules and influence factors involved, stability, pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of granules were studied completely and thoroughly. Results show: the sustained-release granules had narrow distribution and stability, the sustained-release property of granules was marked.Ultraviolet spetrophotometry method was developed for assaying content and drug amount released from self-sustained capsule .
