The preliminary pharmacological tests showed that most of paracetamol derivatives which have been synthesized exhibited the analgesic activities. Some SAR of these compounds was summarized. The analgesic activity of compound X9 is better. The further pharmacological tests of compound X9 showed that compound X9 have significant analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory activity on mice and little toxic and side effect.Synthesize triazine compounds from metformin which is the prime material. 7 triazine compounds have been synthesized.In this paper 18 compounds were synthesized, 14 of them were new compounds in which 8 were paracetamol derivatives and 6 were triazine compounds.
