Objective: Under equal conditions, to study the acute toxity and the influence on the Delayed-Type Hypersensitivity Response (DTH)of The Ethanol Extract of Triptergium Hypoglaucum (Level)Hutch(THH) and Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook.f(TWH) in mice by contrast to provide information for the difference.Methods: 1. ethod(i.g.) and the result was analyzed by Bliss method. The Toxic reaction in mice, the postmorterm interval, the mortality and the physiological and pathological changes were observThe drug of various concentrations of The Ethanol Extract of THH and TWH was given by one med . 2.Murine 2,4- dinit roflurobenzene (DNFB) caused allergic contactive dermatitis (ACD) as an experimental model of Delayed-Type Hypersensitivity Response(DTH). The murine auricle weight difference of left and right 24 hours after stimulation,the local infiltration of mononuclear cell in the right ear and the difference of The Ethanol Extract THH and TWH were observed.Results: 1. The LD50 (95% confidence limit): The Ethanol Extract of THH and TWH in mice was 34.84g/kg ( 30.75~39.46 ) and 16.31g/kg ( 14.74 ~ 18.06) .respectively. Organize pathology:The following changes in their liver of the groups of 26.88g/kgAK 21.5 g/kg/d concentrations of The Ethanol Extract of TWH and the groups of 65.6g/kg/d concentrations of The Ethanol Extract of THH were observed with eyes :the colority of liver is offwhite and the surface of liver is fine...
