Purpose: Postoperative pain has influenced patients' postoperative recovery and living qualities, especially the pain of anorectal operation. Under this situation, seeking for an ideal and effective postoperative analgesia method becomes an important task. In this thesis will discuss an analgesia method through injecting lappaconitine hydrobromide to patients. Method: Choose 52 patients with mix hemorrhoids who need operation and divided them into 3 groups: preemptive analgesia group(n=18), local analgesia group(n=16), and comparison group(n=18). The preemptive analgesia group was injected lappaconitine hydrobromide injection (8mg) 3 hours before operation and also was dottedly injected lappaconitine hydrobromide injection (10ml:8mg) on the wound at the end of the operation. The local analgesia group was dottedly injected lappaconitine hydrobromide injection just only at the end of the operation. The comparison group was neither injected lappaconitine hydrobromide before the operation nor at the end of the operation. After finished these steps, then recorded the VAS(visual analogue pain scales)score and whether the patients had complications, such as nausea, disgorge, anus incontinence, tickle, depressed, hives and so on, for the purpose of observing the effects of this analgesia and its side effects. Result: The patients who were injected lappaconitine hydrobromide injection felt much better than those who were not injected lappaconitine hydrobromide injection. Furthermore, the preemptive analgesia group felt little pain than the local analgesia group. There was so much difference in the edma of the edge of anus between the patients who were injected the druggery and those who were not injected the druggery and the complications were not be found. Conclusion: ①Lappaconitine hydrobromide can prevent the anorectal postoperative pain; ②Injection on the wound with lappaconitine hydrobromide injection can cure the short-term pain and lighten the long-term pain;③Using preemptive analgesia method and local analgesia method at the same time can improve the effect of analgesia;④ Lappaconitine hydrobromide can prevent the edma of the edge of the anus of anorectal postoperative;⑤ It is safe and effective to use lappaconitine hydrobromide injection to prevent anorectal postoperative pain.
