The superior scattering properties of gas bubbles have made microbubble ultrasound contrast agents important tools in ultrasound diagnosis. Over the past several years they have become the focus of a wide and rapidly expanding field of research, with their benefits being repeatedly demonstrated, both in ultrasound image enhancement, and more recently in drug and gene delivery applications.This thesis use three typic models (Herring,Allen and Hoff) to analysis three kinds of Ultrasound contrat agents(Optison,SonoVue and Sonavist),compare their result with the experimental result, and pick out the best model to analysis the parameters of Optison. Additionally, this thesis compares the predicting ability of subharmonic of the models.This thesis indicates that:(1) Optison UCA: Hoff model is the best model to Optison while Allen is the last choice. Hoff model is stabilized in the side of 1st harmonic calculating. As the amplitude of driving pressure accreting, the differences between the throytic 2nd harmonic result of Allen model and the experimental 2nd harmonic result decreasing. SonoVue UCA: the 1st harmonic reulst of the three models is unideal; the 2nd harmonic of Allen model is acceptable. Sonavist: the result of Allen model is best while the result of Hoff model is the last choice.(2) Herring model is the most stabilized model in subharmonic calculating.
