Cancer is one of the diseases with highest death rate of human beings. There are three major therapy methods usually used on human cancer treatment, chemotherapy, surgery and radiotherapy. Each of these methods has its own benefits and weakness. Since there are not much ways to choose for cancer therapy, how to improve the efficacy and to alleviate the side effects of the therapy methods we have now is a beneficial choice.From the find outs of Chronobiology, people know human beings also have timing change life activities. Of all the timing change activities, year change, season change, month change, day change, the one which has attract most attention is day change. Circadian, a new created word is used to describe the pattern have 24 hours period.From many clinical studies, we know the abnormal change of circadian rhythm will cause higher risk of catching cancer. Many female workers with long term work in night switch have more possibility to have breast cancer. Lots of examples proved the affection on cancer from circadian change. Base on the Chronobiological feture of the tumor's growth and metabolism , F. Levis etc worked with the Chronobiology principle in chemotherapy on cancer, and had much great progress on tumor therapy. We now know give some medicine at certain time can have best ratio of tumor suppress and normal tissue protection. One of the reasons of this is the cell cycle which has circadian pattern is in different phase in different tissues. That can give us a benefit time point in one day to kill tumor cells but not normal tissues.
