The Morphologic Study Of The Mandibular Trabecular Of The Normal People

ObjectiveThe purpose of the study was to investigate the x-ray image of the normal mandibular trabecular, the optics microscope image and the morphologic parameter of the bone tissure. It is a primary investigation of the normal morphologic of the jaw. It provides comparisonal gist for the advanced experiment.Materials and methods1. The 5 mandibular should be divided into the former area,the foramen area,the molar area, then every area should be have a x-ray picture using trophy machine. Each picture should be observed and described.2. The compact bone of the 5 mandibular should be wiped off using micro-electricical-machine, then divided trabecular into 8mm length,5mm width,3mm thickness bone piece. Each piece should be embedded and dyed using jiabenanlan, then observed through the microscope BH-2 and described.3. The bone tissue morphologic parameter should be measured, such as bone area, trabecular area, bone perimeter, bone-volume fraction, trabecular thickness, trabecular number, trabecular separation. Then status analysis should be haven to the experiment data.
