Objective:1. To observe the growth characteristic of the Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in vitro and to make the recombinant adenovirus vectors ( AdGFPand AdIFNγ) for transduction.2. To investigate the effects of the adenovirus transduction on the growth of MSCs and on the expression of purpose gene; To explore the appropriate condition of the adenovirus vectors transfered to MSCs.3. To investigate the anti-leukemia effects of the IFN7 gene transfered MSCs on the K562 cells in vitro.Methods:1.
