Diabetes mellitus is a metaboly endocrinopathy which is resulted from the interaction of hereditary and environmental factors. Due to difficult recovery, it would do a great deal of harm to people if it is not well controlled. Severe diabetes mellitus patients probably will suffer from various acute syndromes and have their lives in danger. During the diabetes mellitus diagnoses and treatment, it is very important to inspect the blood glucose. Disposable glucose sensor can inspect the blood glucose concentration of diabetes mellitus patients conveniently and sensitively. Therefore, it is very necessary to prepare glucose sensor for single use with high sensitivity and low cost. Many experiments including film preparation, water-solubility analysis and current response measurement have been done. A better carrier material is chosen as carboxyl methyl cellulose (CMC). And the effect of different concentrations of CMC on response current of glucose sensor was studied too. Considering various factors such as film quality, water-solubility and current response, the appropriate concentration of CMC is under 1%. Response current of the prepared glucose sensor is linear from 50 mg/dl to 400 mg/dl with the sensitivity is 56.57 nA/(mmol.L-1)when the applied potential is 0.4V. According to the nature of CMC, it should be newly made and the temperature during preparation should keep reversely constant. Owing to unique properties of nanoparticle, Au,Ag,SiO2,Al2O3 nanoparticles from 10nm to 40nm were made. The effect of enzyme electrodes made of different...
