Objective: We study the expression of hK6 and calculate MVD and LVD by staining CD34 and VEGFR-3 in endometrial carcinoma, to correlate the proteins expression with histopathology and clinical parameters, and try to find some novel biomarker which have some relationship with diagnosis and prognosis. Methods: Fifty-two endometrial carcinoma patients were investigated immunohisto-chemically for hK6, CD34 and VEGFR-3 proteins using the biotinstreptavidin-peroxidase (SP) method. Statistical methods were used to analyze the correlation between (1). expression status of each protein and patients , clinical, histopathologic features; (2)expression status of CD34 and VEGFR-3. Results:1. The hK6 protein's positive expressions were 93.1% and 87.0% in type I and type II endometrial carcinoma respectively. The hK6 positive expressions in the UPSC contained type II endometrial carcinoma were higher than others (100% vs. 84.6%). These differences are statistical...
