Object Through consecutively observing the influence of FK506 on T-cell subsets and the expression of co-stimulators CD28, which provides activating signal for T cell, CD152 ,which plays a negative role in T cell activation and proliferation, ICOS, an activating co-stimulator important for the effectiveness of T cell, and CD154,which plays an important role in both T cell and B cell activation and proliferation, in patients receiving allo-liver transplantation and FK506 treatment, we intend to explore the influence of FK506 on T-cell signal transduction. This will help us to understand the immunosuppressive mechanism of FK506 better, so that more effective immunosuppressive protocol can be made and more theoretical foundation will be made for FK506's use in other immunological diseases. At the same time, through observing above-mentioned parameters in CsA-treated allo-liver recipients, we intend to compare the difference between the immunosuppressive effects of the two calcineurin inhibitors.
