Multidrug resistance ( MDR) is the important reason of many a failure in cancer management. The mechanism of MDR is complicated , apoptosis is one of important mechanism , and Bcl-2 is a important regulator gene of apoptosis . It was verified by previous researches that there are affinity between Bcl-2 and MDR , and down-regulating the expression of Bcl-2 may Reversal of MDR , it offer a new avenue in cancer management to Reversal of MDR. One of avenues to Reversal of MDR is using MDR reversal agent . However, the application of most of MDR Reversal agent is restricted because of its serious side effect. Shen qi fu zheng parenteral solution (SQFZPS) is traditional Chinese medicine developed by LIVZON , The raw material of SQFZPS are Panax and astragalus , SQFZPS is prepared by active constituent:zhongzaodai, hydroxybenzene amylose .extracting from the raw material。 It was verified by clinic that SQFZPS with or without chemotherapy have good therapeutic effectiveness to cancer 。Studying these aspects deeply is important to find new MDR reversal agent and reveal molecular mechanism of Reversal of MDR. This experiment study Reversal of MDR in K562/ADM by SQFZPS in vitro and investigate the effect of SQFZPS on express of Bcl-2 of K562/ADM.
