Objective: To explore the excitement phenomenon in visual cortex with fMRI which was stimulated by the different colours and the optical intensity. And use the statistical methods to compare them.。 Methods : 48 cases caught volunteers from schools, no visual system diseases and visual barriers. These 24 boys, 24 girls, aged 21-25 years, with an average of 23 years. They all accept the red, green, blue (each colour has 4000mcd, 6000mcd, 10000mcd three intensity), a total of nine stimulating. Use SIMENS-symphony 1.5Tesla magnetic resonance imaging device. By EPI-motor-cortex series。 Functional imaging analysis AFNI software used for processing the raw data, Computers automatically generate time signal intensity level chosen relevant maps , Finally functional areas and the corresponding level T2WI autopsy showed images superimposed activities area location, size and distribution. Results : 48 cases occipital lobe in the district on cortex are excited, the average signal intensity of green stimulating than the red increased 17.5%(p<0.05), the average signal intensity of blue stimulating than the green increased 9.6%(p<0.05).The average signal intensity of 6000mcd optical stimulating than 4000mcd optical increased 84%(p<0.05). The average signal intensity of 10000mcd optical stimulating than 6000mcd optical increased 66%(p<0.05). the average signal intensity on right than left increased 18%(p<0.05), It was discovered that Furthermore brain organization excited body also found in the outer side knee warrants, on Confucius, before the roof area and parietal lobe cortex. Conclusion : Through fMRI (functional magnetic imaging), a statistical analysis confirmed the signals of occipital lobe on cortex increased through three colours stimulating, among them blue stimulate is the most...
