Due to the high level of pertussis vaccine coverage in most countries, morbidity and mortality of pertussis have been reduced greatly, but according to WHO reports, an estimated 40 millions cases occur every year in the world, most of which come from the developing countries and the undeveloped countries. So more and more people pay close attention to the pertussis.Vaccination is the most effective way to prevent and control pertussis transmission. There are two types pertussis vaccine: whole cell and acellular vaccine. Owing to its high adverse reaction, whole cell vaccine will be replaced gradually in all five continents of the world. Acellular pertussis vaccine is mainly composed of pertussis toxin (PT) and filamentous hemagglutinin (FHA), but there exists some difficulties in the production and quality control of acellular pertussis vaccine, one of which is lacking a quantitative method for the detection of each protective component in our country now.In this study, the hybridoma technique was used to prepare McAbs, and the hybridoma duture supernatant were screened by ELISA.
