| Service quality control in hospitals has recently become a hot topic in the management field. Along with the improvement of people's living standard and the public health level, patients are more and more conscious of their own rights requirement for medical service in hospitals. With the deepening of health care reformation, the present competition between hospitals will end up with the competition of service level. Therefore whether hospitals could improve its service level or not will turn out to be a question of survival for hospitals.The paper takes the service quality control in No.1 Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Uni. of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, tries to find out a way to improve its service level, and see if it can offer some useful reference on strengthen service quality control for the hospitals of the same kind.Beginning from the quality control theory, the article deeply analyses the existing problems of the service quality at present of the No.l Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Uni. of Traditional Chinese medicine, and in the light of Service Package principle proceed in designing the system of the service quality, promote the level of its service package, utilize the ideas of evidence-based medical , evaluation of clinical economic and clinical pathway to improve quality of making a diagnosis, so that the service quality control of the hospital is improved. Furthermore, the article probes into continuous improvement of service quality. And based on these comes to the study conclusion.Hopefully, the study of the article will have a good influence on the guidance and promotion to better the service quality management of the No.l Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Uni. of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and also having a certain reference significance in the quality management of the service for other hospitals. |
