Aim To find some psychological correlative factor of patients with induced abortion.Methods Objects 89 induced abortion patients are from obstetrical department of the second, third, fifth and center people hospital in DaLian. 89patients divided into two groups, that are married (n=56) and un-married(n=33). All patients are investigated by collected training doctor. And the coherence kapa are from 0.78 to 0.98. Methods All patients have used Self-constructed general investigation questionnaire,Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI), EMBU (Egma minnen av bardndosnaupp forstran), Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS), Trait Coping Style Questionaire (TCSQ) and Symptom check list-90 (SCL-90). Statistics Database was set with Excell 2003 version, All data analysed with used t test, Univariate Analysis of Variance ,Multiple Linear Regression (Backword).Results①Analysis to SCL-90, Except the obsessive, human relationship, paranoid factors, other factors, all have significant between the induced abortion group and norm(P<0.05) , There are significant difference in somatophorm, depressed, anxiety, phobia, hostility between in the un-married and married group.②Analysis to MMPI add-in: Compare induced abortion patients group with norm group, Society internal phase and Ego strength and dependence and dominate and society a sense of responsibility have significant difference(t1=-24.66, t2=-50.73, t3=23.201, t4=-2.58, t5=-2.006, P<0.05). There are significant difference in society a sense of responsibility between in the un-married and married group.③Coping analysis coping style: an significant difference were observed onlyin the negative coping(NC)between the patient group and norm(t=14.075, P<0.001); There are not significant difference in coping style between in the un-married and married group.④There are not significant difference between in the un-married and married group in the to comprehend social supports.⑤EMBU: there are not significant difference between in the un-married and married group.⑥Multiple Linear Regression (Backward): as SCL-90 total average score dependent variable, and the results have show that SI and MAS and DY and DO and RE and NC and PC and patient age and first pregnant age and first love age and to comprehend fimaly supports and parents education style(P<0.05).Conclusions Compare induced abortion patients group with norm group, induced abortion patients have worse psychological health state. To compare the married and unmarried groups: unmarried induced abortion group suggested worse psychological health status and society a sense of responsibility . Unmarried patients have worse psychological health status, because of society personality and age and first pregnant age and first love age and first pregnant age and first love age and to comprehend fimaly supports and parents education style and to comprehend fimaly supports and parents education style.
