Clinic Study Of Kinetic Changes Of The Anorectum Before And After The Analfistula Operation

Objective: Evaluate the influence on the anus functions in the kinetic changes of the anorectum before and after analfistula operation.Methods: 48 patients of analfistula operation during 2004-2005 were measured the anorectal pressure before and after the operation. The anorectal pressure was measured with five indexes, such as rectal anal reflex (RAR) ,anal maximal contraction pressure (AMCP) ,anal longest contraction time (ALCT) ,rectal rest pressure (RRP) and anal rest pressure (ARP) ,in 48 cases of analfistula .The comparisons between pre and post operation were dealt with statistical analysis. By this means, we evaluate the influence on the anus functions after analfistula operation.Result: RAR had no change after low position analfistula operation, lower after high position analfistula operation (P<0.01).AMCP had no significant differences after operation (P>0.05). ALCT had no significant differences after operation (P>0.05). RRP decreased after operation (P<0.01). ARP decreased after operation (P<0.01).Conclusion: It had obtained good effect by adopting analfistula dissected operation and/or seton. There were some kinetic changes of the anorectum after the analfistula operation. But the function of anal was normal.
