The Study On Emergency Medical Facility Location Of Instant Public Health Event

In recent years, some regional and nationwide emergency public health events have happened frequently. Except of threaten our life, the emergency of public health events has caused social chaotic in a way, and has brought reverse effect. But in the guarantee of emergency medical facility, high-speed, effective, exact materials and service will be assisted the wounded and the dead.The thesis discussed the character of emergency of public health events and medical facility location. Because Xiaotangshan Hospital had played an important role in SARS period, the study on emergency medical facility location of instant public health events has practical significance.The main study in the thesis composed of four aspects.1. The analysis on the concept of emergency event, emergency public health event and emergency medical facility location.2. The approach of location theory, including classification, content, method and the achievement of national and overseas study.3. On the basis of discuss general location principle and factor, the location principle and direct factor has been discussed particularly about emergency public health events.4. Genetic Algorithm has introduced to describe a projection on emergency medicalfacility location. A case study has been made using the proposed model by VB program.
