As the development and progress of the society, human beings are burdened with greater and greater pressure in the fields of working, studying, and living. A series of psychological diseases, which are thus triggered, are becoming the main factors to threaten human beings' health. At the same time, as the ripeness of biofeedback relative research, the relaxing skill training system, which is based on biofeedback emerges as the times require.By researching and investigating in related fields, a design of an instrument for multi-psychological relaxing skill training has been proposed in this paper. It is an instrument that is based upon biofeedback technology. It also combines with the traditional relaxing skill method, and makes good use of electrical and digital signal processing technology in the field of modern biomedicine. It has been proved through experimentation that this instrument will enable people to control and modulate their physical functions by training. Thus, the purpose of relaxing both psychologically and physically to cure psychological diseases will be fulfilled.Firstly, this paper introduces the development process and actuality of biofeedback technology and the medicine theory base of applying to psychological skill relaxing training. Then, designs hardware and software of the system: the hardware mainly includes a mufti-collecting system for biomedical signals and the software mainly includes firmware program of system data connection and PC software. The paper makes a deeply research on analysis estimate arithmetic of PC and provides different evaluation methods to different physiological signals. Moreover the paper designs the digital filters to ulteriorly process the signals, and provides make frequency spectrum analysis and feature extraction of physiological signals by frequency field analysis method and wavelet transform zero-crossing analysis method. At last makesexperimental design, research and draws a conclusion based upon biofeedback relaxing training method.This paper has prompted a new idea about biofeedback relaxing training method. It also gives a new look on the collection, analysis, and evaluation of body signals. This method together with the experimental researching result has provided definite reference for the same kind of researching subject. The research of this system has some theory meaning and application value.
