Objectives:To research the correlativity and its significance between multidrug resistance of Wilms' tumor and apoptosis -associated genes. To analyze the correlativity between apoptosis -associated genes and the histological types of Wilms' tumor. To explore the theoretical supports for optimizing clinical chemotherapeutical scheme. Methods:104 cases of Wilms'tumour were divided into three groups, that is ①preoperative chemotherapy group(83cases), that is tumor tissue influenced by preoperative chemotherapy; ②Non- chemotherapy group(16 cases), that is tumor tissue never influenced by any chemotherapy; ③control group(5cases), that is normal tissue around tumor. Firstly staining all cases with HE, second the preoperative chemotherapy group were divided into two groups that is drug-resistance and no-drug-resistance groups by result of P-gp immunohistochemical (≥25% drug-resistance and <25% non-drug-resistance) , then making two different types of histological chips by the staging system of NWTS: favor histology type (FH) and un-favor histology type (UH). At last, we examined the expression of Bcl-2, bax, p53, NF-κB, survivin, P-gp, caspase-3 by employing immunohistochemical method on the histological chips. All data were tested by T test, linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Result:(1) Comparison the difference of apoptosis-associated genes between preoperative chemotherapy groups and Non- chemotherapy groups:...
