Caring more about ourselves health, the analysis of drug has been attached more and more importance. The determination of drugs and their metabolites is becoming increasingly important in the pharmaceutical and biomedical fields.Modern approaches to biopharmaceutical analysis rely mainly on chromatographic and spectrum methods, However, chromatographic method often require time consuming. Immediate availability of a result is mandatory in many cases. Laboratory automation through modern instrumental analysis and computers and low-cost mi-croprocessors is essential for shortening analysis times in order to achieve high-quality routine analysis.Capillary electrophoresis (CE) is a powerful technique for the separation due to its virtues of high resolution, efficiency, rapid separation, small analyte consumption and simple instrument. There are many detectors for capillary electrophoresis, chemiluminescence (CL) is one of the most sensitive detection methods in CE. Chemiluminescence analysis, based on the emission during some chemical reactions, is a technique for the determination of trace species. Chemiluminescence analysis has high sensitivity, wide linear range (three to six magnitude order)and simpler, lower instruments. Due to these virtues , chemiluminescence analysis has been widely used in biological engineering, molecular biologic, medicine, environmental chemistry. When coupled with CE, it can meet the demand of sensitivity and separation for the analysis of complex biological sample simultaneously. In this work, the studies on biological samples analysis by CE coupled with CL detection have been exhibited. With the sensitive CE-CL instrument set up by ourselves, new detection methods were developed to detect several drugs, And applied to detecting the content of drugs in urine and serum. The main contents in the thesis consist of following three parts:...
