| The interdisciplinary way is adopted in this paper for the research on bio-heat transfer and the correlations between bio-heat transfer and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) theories is discussed. The orientation of this article is mainly the numerical calculation research on 3D temperature field and of human tongue. The physical model of tongue built according to its real shape and inside-bloods'distribution has been transferred into the numerical model which can be identified by computer, and then the 3D temperature field can be get through numerical simulation, and based on which some relevant bio-parameters principally the blood that might effect the field are analyzed. The receding calculations and experiment analyses in this subject are built on the blood cast of pig tongue. In this paper the blood cast of human tongue is taken as the object which is a main innovation.Advanced technology being adopted in experiment and theory research not only a way that makes them scientifically, also makes them deeply. Based on knowledge of existing research states and receding jobs a new technology is lead-in to get the relevant bio-parameters. Pig is taken as the invasive experiment object to measure blood perfusion, blood oxygen content of artery and vein, and tongue temperature by the way of making symptoms artificially. Considering the accurate measurement of coefficient of heat conductivity of organism is always the difficulty on bio-heat transfer study, the DSC is attempted in the paper to get it indirectly; the new patent technology belongs to Tianjin University is taken in use to measure the 3-D coordinates of the blood mold of human tongue. All these advanced technologies have offered excellent plats for the study.It is displayed that although the physiological constitutions and bio-parameters of human and pig is similar, the cast of them are still different mainly show on the branch of blood. The reliability of this kind of method is proved for the results of calculation and thermal infrared imagers are approached. The measurement results for the heat conductivity coefficient of organism by taking use of the DSC is influenced by some factors such as water percent and temperature of samples and environment temperature, and so on. It has been proved that the results have more distance and the DSC method is invalid. Several kinds of factors that effect thefield is analyzed and useful conclusions are obtained. It must be pointed that the 3D numerical simulation of the field according to real human tongue shape and real heat transfer process is difficult and complex. It is a preliminary attempt and the accuracy need further improved. |
