Objective Cerebrovascular disease have became one of whole world disease harming mankind health now. Concerning to our country, there are about 7 million stroke patients existent, and about 2.5 million new stroke cases appearance. Ischemic cerebrovascular diease patients account 60%-70% of all stroke patients.To acute cerebral infarction,it is extremely important that make obstruct vascellum opening again.But only seldom patients could be sent in hospital within 3-6 hours after falling ill.The hot spot that people constantly study and interest is how to improve the blood supply of ischemia brain tissue early.With the widespread application of ultrasound techniques in clinical,people begin to study the therapeutic action of ultrasound. We have adopted Low-frequency ultrasound techniques and Batroxobin to treat acute cerebral infarction,our purpose is to study the effect and safety of this therapy.Method The 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction are divided randomly into two groups.The 47 patients in ultrasound adjunctive therapy group are theated with low-frequency ultrasound united with Batroxobin ,and the 49 patients in control group are treated with Batroxobin and conventional therapy only. The low-frequency therapy is 0.8MHz,1.0W/cm,30min once,and once daily for ten days.Result (1) whole blood viscosity(high shear rate and low shear rate): The result is(4.55±0.77)and(18.33±2.48)respective after 10 days in the ultrasound adjunctive therapy group,they are(4.87±0.97)and(20.21±4.15)in control group.There is no difference between two groups(p>0.05).But 21 days after treatment,the difference is significant(p < 0.05)because of the result(4.39±1.15 , 18.83±5.06 and 5.01±1.67,20.67±4.83);(2)plasma viscosity(PV):The result is (1.38±0.89)in 10days after treatment and is (1.31±0.37)in 21days after treatment in ultrasound group,and in control group ,the result is(1.57±0.46) (1.54±0.63)respective,the difference of two groups is significant(p<0.05);(3)Fibrinogen(FIB): The result is(2.97±1.65)after 10 days in the ultrasound adjunctive therapy group,and is(3.61±1.43)in control group. There is significant difference between two groups(p<0.05),and 21 days after treatment,the difference is very significant(p < 0.01)because of the result(2.74±1.45)and(3.85±2.11);(4)C reactive protein(CRP): The result is(3.24±1.67) after 10 days in the ultrasound adjunctive therapy group,and is(3.82±2.11)in control group. There is no difference between two groups(p > 0.05).But 21 days after treatment,the difference is significant(1.33±1.15 and 2.25±2.47, p<0.05);(5)Europe Stroke Scale(ESS):In ultrasound group,the result after 10days treatment is (71.76±9.53),meanwhile,the result is (67.14±12.13)in control group,the difference between two groups is significant(p < 0.05),21days later,the difference is very significant(p<0.01) ,by the result of (77.83±11.54)and(69.95±15.25);(6)Activity of daily living(ADL): The result after 10days treatment in ultrasound group is (53.54±10.11),and the result is (49.03±11.37)in control group,the difference between two groups is significant(p<0.05),21days later,the difference is very significant(p< 0.01) ,by the result of (61.71±9.35)and(56.08±10.42); (7)Mini-mental state examination(MMSE): MMSE is (23.16±6.15)after 10days and(23.21±5.57)after 21days in ultrasound group,and (20.73±5.61),(20.62±4.82)in the control group. The difference is significant(p<0.05);(8)In two groups,the incidence rates of progressive stroke are lower than those in reference.Conclusion The methods of low-frequency ultrasound united with Batroxobin is effective and safety.
