With the rapid development of chinese nursing career and the arrival of international care, the education of chinese nursing master has posed a severe test.At present, the top priority of chinese is cultivate high quality master who suitable for nursing education, management and clinical nusing.Delphi was used in this study at research of capacity and curriculum design.I hope that this study will provide a theoritical basis for the training of chinese nursing master.Objective:1. To explore the status and answer of chinese nursing master's training capacity.2.To explore the status and answer of chinese nursing master's curriculum design.Methods:This study used Delphi methods which was conducted two rounds of nursing expert questionnaire inquiries. Firstly, leader group established the research theme, designed the content and the structure of questionnaire. Sencondly, pre-experiment which tested the reliability and validity of questionnaire was started. At last, the leader group predicted the first round of evaluation and collected.The Data was analysis and formed the second round question-naire, then these questionnaires was tesent to each expert as a reference for analysis, judgement and the New appraisal advice.A convergence has been a more consistent and more reliable conclusion. Rusult:1. The capacity which ranking from major to minor of chinese nursing master Research-based postgraduate: the ability of nursing research,the ability of ba-sic professional knowledge, professional development, foreign language abili-ty, self-learning ability, clinical nursing, nursing education, nursing manageme-nt and nursing community. Clinical style postgraduate: clinical nursing, the ability of basic professional knowledge, nursing management, nursing educati-on, the ability of nursing research, professional development, self-learning ability, foreign language ability, nursing community.2. The training capacity of chinese nursing master Research- based postgraduate must possess 12 training capacity and should possess 11 training capacity. Clinical style postgraduate must possess 11 training capacity and should possess9 training capacity.3. The most important results of required about chinese nursing master's course designCommon course: Foreign language, Computer Theory and Application, Theory and Practice of Scientific Socialism, Dialectics of Nature.Tool course: Professional English, Scientific Papers Writing, Medical Statistics, Document Retrieval, Clinical Epidemiology.Nursing professional course: Nursing Research, The Delepment of Modern Nursing, Nursing Concept Analysis.Conclusion: The most important capacity of chinese nursing master are the ability ofnursing research, the ability of basic professional knowledge, professional deve-lopment, foreign language ability, self-learning ability, clinical nursing, nursing education, nursing management and nursing community. Each has thinned to spec ific training, they offer the reference how to plan the training objects and curriculun design of chinese nursing Master.
