Only two Ammopiptanthus plants, the one is Ammopiptanthusnanus, which is distributed in the zone between the southern Kunlun mountain and Pamirs; the other is A.mongolicus, which is widely distributed in Ningxia, Gansu and Mongolia. They are evergreen frutices, and are samd-fixation plants, the fluid of the leaves can cure frostbite. Along with the nature products are widely applied to antitumor, the A.mongolicus shows good antitumor activity and weak toxicity to normal cells, so it is valuable for application. In addition, it was reported that the main active components from the A.mongolicus are flavones and alkaloids.This dissertation includes studies regarding the chemical constituents of the seed oil of the A.mongolicus. Eight compounds have been isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography; five of them have been identified on basis of modern spectra techniques such as EI-MS, ESI-MS, NMR. Compounds that have been identified from A.mongolicus are as follows: 17-oxolupaine(1), 11β-isolupaine(2), 3α-hydroxylupaine(3), lupaine(4), 3β-hydroxyisolupaine(5), compound 4 is the basic constituent.In the second part of the dissertation, which studies the nitroxyl radical derivatives of 4 -demethyl-4-deoxypodophyllotoxin. Podophyllotoxin as well as its congeners and derivatives exhibit pronounced biological activity mainly as antitumor activity, as insecticidal activity and as antiviral activity, which is a good source of the arylteralin-type lignan. Seven derivatives of 4-demethyl-4-deoxypodophyllotoxin(DDPT) were successfully synthesized, which are optimized from DDPT as the start compound, with TMHPO and TMPRO as carriers.In addition, in the kidney of the same female SD mice tests, DDPT derivatives are used as antioxidants, compared with VP-16 and podophyllotoxin(PT), it's surprising that the DDPT derivatives shows strong antioxidant activity, which compared with VP-16 and PT, the value of the IC50 are also lower than VP-16 and...
