The Design And Implement Of Electrocardiograph Analysis Software

ECG of human body objectively reflecting the physiological conditions of heart to a certain extent, has the important value in the clinical diagnosis and the physiological research. Along with ECG gathering and processing developing unceasingly towards automation and intellectualized direction, the ECG analysis software can provide the clear ECG to doctor, enhances the accuracy of analysis and diagnoses.Summing up the work of predecessors, this paper makes an intensive study of the computer auto analysis of the ECG, giving the method to implement the software.The main contents of the paper are these:A summary of recent various developed methods of ECG examination been made. Taking practical application into account synthetically, we adopt some widely applied solutions to examine the ECG, and give an analytical conclusion according to each characteristic point.At present, the developing of software are short and modular, so Delphi is used in this design. All modules are given quickly developing software solutions, and the wave browser control for ECG based on VCL structure is designed.With the development of the network of medical instruments, the paper gives the method that electrocardiograms and analytical conclusions are stored in the database, and provides the interface to connect with the other medical information system.The software is examined by the data collected from the electrocardiogram collection equipment and the data of MIT-BIH database. The result is fairly good.
