Observation On Therapeutic Effects Of Embedding Thread On Chronic Lumbar Muscle Strain And The Studies Of Specifities Of Acupoints

Objective: To compare the clinical therapeutic effects of embedding thread at shenshu poit add ashi poits and ashi poits on chronic lumbar muscle strain. To study the specifities of acupoints from the clinical therapeutic effects.Methods: With the research means as random antitheses tests, a total of 60 clinical cases according with diagnositic criteria were gathered, comprising included and excluded ones. In stardardized contrast, they were divided into theatment group (group B) and comparison group (group A),according to the complete randomization. The theatment group was embedding thread at ashi poits add shenshu poit on chronic lumbar muscle strain and the comparison group (group A) was embedding thread at ashi poits on chronic lumbar muscle strain. The test data were evaluatedwith T tests in two independent series of specimen datum, as well as Wilcoxon's rank-sum test and Ridit's analysis as the statistics means.Results: In the treatment group, 9 case were cured and 19 cases improved with a total effective of 96.6%; in comparison group, 3 case were cured and 20 cases improved, 3 cases were ineffective with a total effective of 88.5%; The treatment proup in improvement of companied symptoms was better than the comparison group with scores significantly decreased (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The clinical therapeutic effects of embedding thread at ashi poits add shenshu poit onchronic lumbar muscle strainAnd its companied symptoms is better than that of embedding thread at ashi poitson chronic lumbar muscle strain .
