San Fu Tian Jiu (SFTJ), an effective Traditional Chinese therapy, is the combination of the thoughts of chronomedicine, the theory of acupuncture and the treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine. SFTJ was formed on the basis of ancient of Chinese philosophy and astronomy and calendar, of which the most important parts are man' s adaptation to nature orientations Nei Jing and currently guide the clinical treatment. During recent years the theory and the curative effect of SFTJ have been studied by many people in the field of modern medicine and some of researches get the effective results. However, nearly all the researches which mainly concern about the theory of man' s adaptation to nature still stay the superficial level. In fact, SFTJ bases on the theory that the hearty energy exists within the human body during the hottest days. With depending on natural heat, the energy finally reaches the medical purpose. SFTJ helps the sick have enough preparation to conquer cold winter.SFTJ, as a special therapy in Traditional Chinese medicine, includes three concepts: firstly hottest weather which relates to Chinese ancient calendar, secondly method of acupuncture which relates to Traditional Chinese medicine and thirdly Tian Jiu which belongs to Traditional Chinese outer treatment. SFTJ covers three basic rules: treat hidden illness, adjust treatment to different people and adapt measures to different conditions.Though collecting and combining plenty of materials, this dissertation explains the theory source of SFTJ, shows the relationship among Chinese ancient medicine, SFTJ and Nei Jin, and demonstrates the essential function of SFTJ. Essentially this article tries to analyse many thoughts, theories and rules in Traditional Chinese medicine, and makes some contributions to Traditional Chinese treatment.
