The QRS Detection And Heart Rate Variability In Congestive Heart Failure

Electrocardiogram(ECG) contains the most important and basic physiological information of human body. This information has very important significance to the prevention and cure of cardiovascular diseases. It also can help to know the change trend ofhealth and understand some disease's impact on human bodies, which has great clinical significance. When detecting and processing ECG signals, we get some parameters of ECG by filtering the signals and detecting QRS complex and R waves.The ECG preprocessing and characteristic point detection has been studied. The ECG preprocessing includes the elimination of high frequency noise, baseline wander and power line interference. The characteristic point detection includes the QRS and R wave detecting。Based on the preparations, we overviewed the indicator and evaluation methods for HRV, analyzed the indicator of SDXX,SDANN,rMSSD,PNN₅₀,by use of the database of congestive heart failure, and reveal the rules of congestive heart failure on the condition of different age and male.
