Object: to explore the adaptive response induced by low dose radiationMethods: Kunming male mice were randomly divided into three groups: blank group,PYM group, low dose radiation+ PYM group.having been raised for one week, miceof P+L group were given whole body low dose radiation 75mGY, dose rate were 12.5mGY/minute.After 6 hours,mice in both P+L group and P group were given inbreathof automization of PYM, concentration is 2mg/ml.Mice were sacrificed after the1,7,14,21 and 28d,IL-6 were detected in alveolar irrigating solution.tissue samples ofmice lung were fixed in 10% Fulmalin, TNF-αand TGF-βwere analyzed byimmunohistochemistry, airsacculitis and pulmonary fibrosis were observed on HEmicrotome section.Result:1,compared with P group,IL-6 in low dose radiation+ PYM group were lower, near toblank group, the differenc had notable statistical significance on the 1 day and the 7day,while on the 14 day,21day,28day,. the differenc had not statistical significance.Itsuggest that low dose radiation can reduce the resection of IL-6 at the begain of lunginjure induced by lowdose radiation..The expression of TGF-βand TNF-αin P+Lgroup were lower than that in P group. The difference in the two groups had notstatistical significance by semiquantitative analysis P>0.05, but the difference in thetwo groups had statistical significance by gray analysis P<0.01.2,status of airsacculitis were difference in P+L group and P group,grade 2-3airsacculitis in P+L group were not so many as that of P group. Compared with Pgroup, the integral of alveolitis in P+L group were lower than that in P group, thedifferenc had statistical significance on the 1 day and the 7 day,while on the 14day,21day,28day,. the differenc had not statistical significance. Conclusion: In the early stage of lung injure caused by PYM in mice, low doseradiation of 75mGY can reduce the secretion of IL-6,decrease the production ofTGF-βand TNF-a, and lessen the degree of airsacculitis.
