Research Of Relationship Between The Correlated Diseases Infected By HBV And Fas/FasL

Objective: To study the apoptosis of lymphocyte in periphery blood of the patientsinfected by HBV and the expression of Fas/FasL.To analyze the expression ofsFas/sFasL in serum of these patients.Discuss the relationship between Fas/FasLexpressed by lymphocyte in periphery blood and sFas/sFasL in serum in progress of thesediseases.To explain the mechanism of the correlated diseases of HBV infection.Methods: The apoptotic rate and the expression of Fas/FasL of lymphocyte inperiphery blood was analyzed through Flow Cytometry in four groups,20 cases ofAsymptomatic HbsAg carriers,23 cases of chronic serious hepatitis B,21 cases of HBVrelated HCC and 27 cases healthy blood donors.sFas/sFasL in serum was detected byELISA in the four groups.Results: (1)Compared to the control group and Asymptomatic HbsAg carriers,theapoptotic rate of lymphocyte in chronic serious hepatitis B and HBV related HCC wasimproved significantly(P＜0.01).(2)Compared to control group and Asymptomatic HbsAgcarriers,the expression of Fas of the lymphocyte in chronic serious hepatitis B and HBVrelated HCC was increased a lot(P＜0.01).The expression of FasL in chronic serioushepatitis B was improved a lot(P＜0.01) while the group of HBV related HCC wasdeclined significantly compared to other three groups(P＜0.01).(3)Compared to thecontrol group and Asymptomatic HbsAg carriers,the expression of both sFas and sFasLin serum in chronic serious hepatitis Bwas increased significantly(P＜0.01).sFas in HBVrelated HCC was increase also while sFasL was decreased significantly(P＜0.01).Conclusions: (1)the apoptotic rate of lymphocyte in chronic serious hepatitis Band HBV related HCC was improved significantly.(2)The level of Fas/FasL expressed bylymphocyte exists significant difference between chronic serious hepatitis B and HBVrelated HCC.(3)There is significant relationship between chronic serious hepatitis B andHBV related HCC about sFas/sFasL.(4)Fas/FasL and sFas/sFasL play very important rolein lymphocyte apoptosis and may be used as important clue in diagnosis,differentialdiagnosis and therapy in chronic serious hepatitis B and HBV related HCC.
