| AIM: A rapid accurate and sensitive high performancechromatographic method was developed for the determination ofPazufloxacin in 0.2ml plasma. The instrument was equipped withHypersil BDS column (250×4.6mm, 5u) and ultra wave detector.Ofloxacin was used as internal standard. The extracts reacted with 50%trifluoroacetic acid and the derivatives were analysed. The calibrationcurves were linear over a wide range of concentrations (47-24080ng·ml-1), and the detection limit of Pazufloxacin was 25 ng·ml-1.The precisions (RSD%, n=15) of within day and day to day were lessthan 6.5% and 15%, respectively. The pharmacokinetic characteristics ofPazufloxacin in thirty human volunteers after intravenous drip of 0.5, 1.0,1.5g of Pazufloxacin were investigated. The concentration time curve wasfitted to a one compartment model. |
