Objective: the relation between cost of hospitalization in simple diseases under Medical Administrative Command monitoring such as gall-bag has been ablated under abdominoscope, appendices vermicula has been exsected under abdominoscope, acute pyelonephritis, nodular goiter, normal delivery, uterine-incision delivery, hysteromyoma, pedo-acute bronchitis and so on, the compositional factors and the other factors suchlike age, gender, situation before hospital admission, therapeutic efficacy and the number times of hospital admission had been analysis, finding the compositional factors with relative increasing cost of hospitalization in monopathy diseases and influencing factor, thus that adjust charge of constitution, decrease or to cut off unnecessary charge, in order to degrade medical cost.Method: using the method of retrospective study, we gather between the year of 2003 and the year of 2005 discharge of patient informations where a tri-grade and grade A of hospital information data base, it total to 1277 examples. Data information was been build by SPSS10.0, and it was been statistical described and analysised.Result: In the analytical detection of 1277 cases of 8 simple diseases, there are 349(27.33%) males and 928(72.6%) females. And there are 216(16.92%) cases of admission for emergency,5 (0.39%)cases of serious patient and 1056(82.69%) cases of common patient. The mean of the total cost of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and acute pyelonephritis in 2005 was descended compared with that in 2003. And the main constitute agents in the reduce expenses were western medicine, chemical examination, examination, bed, radiation, nursing, anaesthesia and operation. The means of the total cost of medical treatment about other 6 simple diseases in 2005 were increased compared with that in 2003.And the constitute agents in the increased expenses were western medicine, chemical examination, anaesthesia and making a diagnosis and treatmeat.The cost in Western medicine of all the diseases was the highest except that of normal delivery.The medical treatment expenses of hysteromyoma was the hightest in all the diseases. Its constitute agents of the fore five in row was western medicine, operation, making a diagnosis and treatmeat, chemical examination and anaesthesia. The cost of the child acute bronchitis was the lowest. Its constitute agents of the fore five in row was western medicine, making a diagnosis and treatmeat, chemical examination, bed and nursing. The mean of the total medical treatment expenses and every constitute agent, in total, were higher in woman than man, and increasing along with the age presents up-trend. The relations between the hospitalization times with the medical expenses and constitute agent present the mountain peak form to distribute that the expenses of staying in hospital for the fore 2-3 times was the highest.The medical expenses and every constitute agent in hospitalizing the serious patient and the patient who calling emergency both were lower than that in common patient. There are some constitute agents thait have effection on the medical expenses such as western medicine, chemical examination, making a diagnosis and treatmeat, bed, etc.Conclusion: the increasing cost of Simple Disease was mostly because of the increasing cost of medicine, chemical analysis, diagnosis and treatment and ward bed. And it also partly because of the increasing cost of operation, anesthesia and nursing. The structure of cost in hospital of Simple Disease is unreasonable and it should be controled. The cost of medicine was the most important part and was still increasing. The cost of chemical analysis was persistantly high. The medical cost would be degraded if the Simple Disease were strictly managed and the structure of charge were adjusted to get reasonable treatment, reasonable examination and reasonable expenditure.
