Objective: To investigate the effects of probiotics on the expression of HSP70 and HSP27 in the colonic mucosa of mice with ulcerative colitis.Methods: We use dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) to induce mice UC model. In this study, Sixty BALB/C mice were randomly divided into six groups. The control group,DSS group,NS group,SASP group and two probiotics group. The control group was only fed with distilled water for days ,The experimental groups were fed with 5% DSS solution for 7 days. After mice UC model finished, We examine the expression and relationship of HSP27 and HSP70 in intestine mucous membrane.Results: The acute mice colitis induced by feeding DSS is an ideal model of UC, Method immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of HSP70 and HSP27, In HSP70 ,Compared with the control group, There was significant difference between them (P<0.01) ;but, In HSP27, There was not significant difference between them (P>0.05)Conclusion: In conclusion, It is principal effect that probiotics prevent and cure mice UC. By promoting HSP expression, lactobacillus and bifidobacteria educe therapeutic effect.
