Objective: This study was to assess the effect and safety of intracoronary administration of anisodamine on no-reflow phenomenon in York pig model by monitoring hemodynamic data and corrected TIMI frame count (CTFC). The purpose of this study was to provide the experimental evidence for clinical application.Methods: microspheres and blood suspension was made by polyethylene microspheres which diameter is about 100μm.Left anterior descending (LAD) was superselected by 4F coronary angiography catheter. Misce bene and sterile polyethylene microspheres were injected into LAD by catheter until no-reflow was emerged.Twenty York pigs with stable no-reflow were randomly divided into anisodamine group(n=10) and verapamil group(n=10).The criteria of the stable no-reflow animal model: TIMI blood flow was below grade 2; CTFC of LAD >36.2 frames; myocardial blush grade(MBG)
