Study On Related Factor Of Anxiety And Depression In Patients With Recurrent Genital Herpes And Liver Depression Symptome

Objective:Through investigating the anxiety and depression in patients with recurrent genital herpes and its associated factors, and the distribution of liver depression symptome, analyse the related factors of anxiety and depression and the relationship between anxiety and depression to liver depression symptome. It can provide a clinical basis for further effective treatment programs.Method:Choose the RGH patients from the Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospitaland Guangzhou General Hospital of the Army , who conform the inclusioncriteria and unconform the criteria of exclusion . Use the SAS and SDSself-assessment. Use the questionnaire and the evaluation table of liverdepression symptoms to survey. The patients fill the above scale andquestionnaires by the member of the research team guiding. Collect theinformation, establish the database, analyze and summarize the relatedfactors of anxiety and depression and the distribution of liver depress-ion symptome in patients with recurrent genital herpes. Through thestatistics and analysis, find the related factors of anxiety and depress-sion and the relationship between anxiety and depression to liver depre-sssion symptome. Finally draw a conclusion.Result:58.7% and 65.2% RGH patients have varying degrees anxiety and depression symptoms mainly moderate. The factors related anxiety and depression mainly are sex,course,relapse frequency,family stress,social pressure,own pressure and so on. 71.1% patients with recurrent genital herpes have the liver depression symptome. 96.7% RGH patients with depression symptom and 90.7% RGH patients with anxiety symptom have the liver depression symptome. Anxiety and depression are closely related to liver depression symptome.Conclusion:The factors related anxiety and depression mainly are sex,course,relapse frequency,family stress,social pressure,own pressure and so on. If implementating the psychological intervention to RGH patients, it can correct erroneous,alleviate psychological pressure and reduce the recurrence. It have the significance in improving the quality of life,reducing the economic burden and saving the health resources. The RGH patients with anxiety and depression symptome have the liver depression symptome widespreadly. If implementating the intervention with traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of liver depression, it may have significance in treatment.
