Veterinary drug was a kind of substance that prevent,treat,diagnose diseases,promote animal growth and birth,it played a key role in breeding.But,there was an phenomenon that veterinary drug has been abused in stodkbreeding because the wrong using or for the reason of profit of economy,it had led to the remnant of veterinary drug and had bad effects on human's health.So,it is very important to build up a quick and high quality detection method in the future development of safety detection technics.This thesis rsearched and established a method to test two kinds ofβ-agonist in feeds and the remnant of chloramphenicol in honey by UPLC,and then corroborated them by MS.This method optimized the former disposal condition of experiment and the condition of chromatogram and obtained the best condition of experiment .Not only two kinds ofβ-agonist had been separated,but also the lowest detection limits were 5μg/kg and 8μg/kg,the recovery were from 90.7% to 97.2% and from 84.0% to 87.9%,the relative standard deviate were from 3.7% to 5.7%;The lowest detection limits of chloramphenicol was 0.1ug/kg,the recovery were from 71.2% to 110%,the relative standard deviate were from 6.3% to 16.8%.The results were satisfied and the methods can be used in sample testing in practice.
