In medicine ethical, dilemma usually produces in such situation: when one's two ethical principles are inconsistent; or when two feasible therapeutic measures cut both way; or when the therapeutic measure that patient requires does not have regulations to abide by; or when two optional measures are not ideal; or when one's role demand conflicts with the ethical principles. Ever since a long time ago, nurse has taken various roles in her hard work and in her complicated interpersonal relationship. However the different role expectations and different behavioral norms, and the related ethical principles in medicine have resulted in nurse moral conflicts. Nurse moral conflicts have brought a lot of pressure and pernicious influence to nurse, at the same time, nurse can not take her role that will lead ultimately people's life and health would be badly affected. And yet, along with the expansion of nurse's functional responsibility, nurses moral conflicts become more intense. How to find a way to resolve the conflicts is a difficult problem in modern nursing. This text applies ethical theory to analysis the cause of the conflicts in related respects, emphatically from medical and nurse purpose to find the principles to resolve the nurse moral conflicts.
