Objective: Union of fracture is the question that orthopedics and tranmstology pays close attention to always, healing lately and disunion of bone fracture result in wasting of medical treatment resource and economy burden that patients shoulder, clinically the patients of cerebral trauma complicating with bone fracture have been observed their union of fracture has accelerated has even formed entopic ossification, It has been already verified that cerebral trauma has really effect on union of fracture, furthermore, animal experiment has proved that bony callus of spinal cord injury group bony < control group 0.05);There were also no significantly correlations between age and serum PDGF levels (r=0.0297, P>0.05).Conclusion:1. serum NGF,PDGF levels of cerebral trauma affiliating bone fracture and simple fracture patients in the tenth day after injury were significantly higher than the levels of simple fracture patients in the third day after injury respectively,It suggests that NGF and PDGF are increase always and promote union of fracture。2. serum NGF,PDGF levels of cerebral trauma affiliating bone fracture patients in the third,tenth day after injury were significantly higher than the levels of simple fracture patients respectively,It suggests that serum NGF and PDGF levels after cerebral trauma significantly increase ,NGF and PDGF are the growth factor to accelerate union of fracture and bring into full play promotion in union of fracture after cerebral trauma.3. There were no significantly correlations between serum concentrations of NGF and serum PDGF.
