The Test Report Of The Reliability For Beibingzhi Injection

To observe the effects of the Beibingzhi Injection and evaluate its reliability, thesafety of the Beibingzhi Injection was evaluated by muscle stimulation, vascularrelexation, hypersensitivity of the total boby and the haemolytic test in guinea-pigs andrabbits. In the muscle stimulation test. four rabbits were observed at 48 hours afterinjection of Beibingzhi; in the vascular relaxation experiments, 12 rabbits wereobserved at 5 days after injection of Beibingzhi; in hypersensitivity of total boby, 24guinea pigs were injected by Beibingzhi in abdominal cavity for 3 times, the vesselinjection has been done in 14days and 21 days after the first for medication respectively.For the haemolytic test, hemolysis and coagulation were mainly observed.Results of the present experiments were as bellow:1. The Beibingzhi injection had no incentive effects for normal quadriceps femorisin tabbits;2. The Beibingzhi injection had no stimulatory effects for ear vein of rabbits;3. The Beibingzhi injiection had no allergic response in rabbits without anyhemolytic reaction.Results of the present experiments indicate that:Beibingzhi injection was safety and reliable based on the animal experiments.
