Spiral CTPA, lower limbs vascular and cardiovascular Doppler color flow imaging, D-dimer, arterial blood gas analysis and breastX-ray can be applied as methods of diagnosis. The methods of treatment includethrombolytic and/or anticoagulant therapy. The difference is considerable in thecomparison of PaO2 after and before thrombolytic therapy and after and before CTPAthrombolytic therapy (P<0.01). Conclusion: Spiral CTPA is a important, method indiagnosing PTE, thrombolytic and anticoagulant therapy for PTE can rapidly improvethe indication of lack of oxyzon, improve the pressure of oxyzon and accelerate thethaw of embolism, the curative effect will be improved.
