The optical coherence tomography is the advancing edge and hot field of the burgeoning subject branch, Biomedical Photonics which crosses the subjects of Optics, Electronics and Computer Science, etc. As a new Bio-medical imaging technology, by combining some advantages of optical heterodyne detection and scanning tomography, it provides images with high sensitivity, high resolution in transverse and depth dimensions. It is novel technique imaging from the scattering medium such as the creature tissue. Its non-invasive character- istic and ease of use in vivo promoted its rapidly development in recent years since it was brought forward ten years ago.In this paper, the basic work theory of OCT is introduced first. It put more embedded analysis on such hardcore as interference theory of imaging signal, resolution, signal contrast by Doppler shift and Hilbert demodulation. The second, it lucubrates many kinds of noises and their procreant reason in the OCT system. And then, it analyses the character of SNR briefly based on the detector of our experiment. Those noises are divided into white noise and non-white noise by different character. It also brings forward some corresponding arithmetic. The best of image dealing arithmetic will be applied by integrated compare. The last, in order to remove noise and smooth, it furbishes the OCT image of retina by blind deconvolution. It also put forward brief show on microstrueture of the tissue. And then, it deals with the image of human skin using 2-DWT. The circumscription of tissue structure is more distinctly by dealing. It can work out the approximate position of the each layer tissue, which achieved by tracing out the OCT curve of each direction in depth on basis of correlative program. Last, the onion image based on full field OCT is processed.
