Comparison And Observation About The Immediate Effect Of Renal Blood Perfusion On The Chronic Kidney Disease Patients With Electroacupuncting Taixi Point And Yingu Point

Objective: to observe the difference about the immediate effect of renal blood perfusion on the chronic kidney disease patients with electroacupuncting taixi and yingu and to provide the objective fact to the classical theory that we should choose the twelve yuan points to acupunct if there are diseases of the five viscera on the one hand. Method: By the way of random and control trial, 60 chronic kidney disease patients in stage of intervals were randomly assigned into the observation group. Taixi group included 30 patients and yingu group was the same. The data of renal blood perfusion were compared after electroacupuncting taixi or yingu with before. Result: There are significant difference comparing the data after and before electroacupuncting taixi point (P<0.01) . There are difference too in the yingu group (P<0.05) except Vd of the right kidney (P<0.01) .The difference is significant between the two groups (P<0.01) except RI of the right kidney (P<0.05). Conclusion: Both taixi point and yingu point have the function of ameliorating the renal blood perfusion and taixi point is much better than yingu point that provides objective fact to both the classical theory and the doctors who choose the more effective point to cure the kidney diseases.
