| Objective: through detecte the EGF content in saliva and the expression of EGFR of coated tongue endothelial cell in order to study the relationship between different groups of chronic gastritis patients and EGF in saliva and the expression of EGF of coated tongue. Method: the EGF content in saliva with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, the expression of EGFR were detected with Immunity Histochemistry. Results: 1. EGF content in splenogastric hygropyrexia and incoordination between the liver and stomach are very higher than other groups;2. the expression of EGFR in splenogastric hygropyrexia is the highest in all the groups;3. the tendency of the EGF content in saliva and the expression of EGFR is splenogastric hygropyrexia>incoordination between the liver and stomach>weakness of the spleen and stomach>asthenic yin. Conclusion: the content of EGF in saliva was contribute to the forming of abnormal tongue coatings of CG patients;there is relation between CG differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine and EGF content in saliva and the expression of EGFR of coated tongue. |
