Objective: 1. Detecting expression of RLx in normal, hyperplastic, and malignant endometrial tissue. 2. Analysing relationship between the expression of RLx and the clinical information, clinical and pathological prognostic characters, survial time of patients after operation. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was em- ployed to detect the expression of RLx in all of the paraffin sections.Result: 1. Posi- tive and higher expressed rate are evident among normal, hyperplastic, and malignant endometrial tissue. 2. Positive and higher expressed rate have no relationship with the clinical information. 3. Positive expressed rate of RLx has no relationship with clinic- al and pathological prognostic characters, but higher expressed rate of RLx has sig- nifycant relationship with clinical and some pathological prognostic characters (PCNA,p16). 4. The patients with higher expressed rate of RLx survived for shorter time than the patients with lower expressed rate of RLx.Conclusions:1. RLx are low- er expressed in normal endometrial tissue, and higher expressed in hyperplastic and malignant endometrial tissue. 2.RLx may be an important marker to estimate the pr- ognosis of the patients.
