| Nowadays, the PLA is focusing on the establishing hospital of PLA in thewartime. Meanwhile, the mobile medical detachment of hospital of PLA is importantto hospital of PLA, which is an essential organization and effective to improvingwartime health service insurance ability. Since our mobile medical detachment ofhospital of PLA have not been built long ago, there is a lack of a completely set ofitems that can be used to estimate medical detachment' health service insuranceability to press the detachment of mobile medical detachment of hospital of PLA.Under the guidance of military strategic policy lately, of fundament spirit and generalobjective of mobile medical detachment of hospital of PLA. Of the generalrequirement of "win insurance", we have analyzed the factors composed of themedical detachment' insurance ability of hospital of PLA what with the urge for theircurrent needs and future development. By lots of investigation and theoretical study,we have made an items system on the mobile medical detachment of hospital of PLA'health service insurance ability. With the items system, we have primarily analyzedthe mobile medical detachment of hospital of PLA backward. In this paper, we hopeto have offered an objective criterion for evaluating the health service insuranceability of hospital of PLA, based for advanced studies on strengthening of the medicaldetachment of hospital of PLA. |
